CBA 2011/2012 Handover

The Petroleum and Oil workers Union and the Joint Industrial Council Member companies comprising of KPRL, TOTAL, SHELL and COLAS recently conluded the 2011/2012 CBA which was negotiated in a record 2 weeks. Over all wage increase was 22% spread over two years as well as other issues which were agreed upon by both parties.
